Our web-based ordering system is a state-of-the-art way to manage orders, and is one of the easiest ordering platforms ever created. OrderManager allows the caregiver to easily access available equipment with product description and cost. It creates a shopping cart to build a customized plan for the patient. The ordering page makes personalized equipment suggestions for each patient, allowing you to make the best financial decisions that benefit both the patient and staff.

The healthcare industry is challenged with providing the best possible care for their patients and a safe environment for healthcare workers. Micro-organisms are the most prevalent and potent pollutants in the indoor environment and their role as causers and aggravators of disease conditions is well-documented.

Bac-Track provides infections dashboard data in real-time and gives your facility a dashboard to monitor bacteria levels by department or equipment category. Bac-Track Key Performance Indicators (KPI) allows you to monitor monthly trends and treatment or cleaning effectiveness. It enables healthcare organizations to improve performance against their quality targets.

Bac-Track is your clinical surveillance platform to break the chain of infections by:

  • Consistent test areas with Bac-Track squares
  • Uniformed tracking system with Bac-Track software
  • Ongoing testing and tracking

Facilities today need tools that provide choices. SuppliesManager takes ordering and exchanging to the next level. SuppliesManager is your single online resource for ordering supplies with major vendors such as KCI, Medline, Joerns and McKesson. Robust functionality and optimal purchasing based on supplier agreements and direct access to manufacturers helps improve facility efficiency and helps manage supply costs.
